You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4) Listings & Advertiser Responsibilities

• Information you submit (text, images, videos, pricing, services) must be accurate, lawful, and up to date.
• You must hold all rights and permissions to publish your content and to provide the services you advertise.
• No misleading claims, inappropriate content, or illegal services are allowed. We may review, approve, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.

5) Reviews & User Content

Users may post reviews and comments. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Website. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

6) Prohibited Uses

• Violating laws or third-party rights.
• Impersonation, fraud, or deceptive practices.
• Uploading malware or interfering with Website operation.
• Scraping or automated data extraction without prior written consent.

7) Fees, Trials & Payments

• Plans, durations (including any free trial), and pricing are shown at sign-up or checkout.
• Payments are processed by PayPal; additional payment methods may be added later.
• Trials are limited to one per advertiser account unless stated otherwise.
• Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific offer, fees are non-refundable once service starts.

8) Intellectual Property

The Website and its contents (excluding user content) are owned by SpaOrbit or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials without permission.

9) Disclaimers

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy or availability of listings. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party services advertised on the Website.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaOrbit and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SpaOrbit harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Website, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.
